LFDY01-1离子风枪是一款手持式的静电消除专用设备。属喷嘴式除静电产品的一种。具有安装简易、工作安全稳定、消除静电速度快的特点。特别适合于各种卷绕式机器和印刷机器以及流水线上使用。
第一节：作用原理
LFDY01-1离子风枪产生大量的带有正负电荷的气团，并用压缩空气快速吹出，将经过它离子辐射区内的物体上所带的电荷中和掉。当物体表面所带为负电荷时，它会吸引辐射区内的正电荷，当物体表面所带为正电荷时，它会吸引辐射区内的负电荷，从而使物体表面上的静电被中和，达到消除静电的目的。

第五节:安装及操作:
LFDY01-1离子风枪要配备DY01-1高压发生器一起使用。将风枪连接线末端带旋钮的插头插入高压发生器高压输出插孔，旋钮顺时针旋转到头，然后将风枪连线的接地线连接到高压发生器外侧的接地柱上，并确认接地良好后，将高压发生器的电源插头插入带有接地线的插座上（注意高压发生器的使用电压），将风枪电源固定安装到合适的位
置，插上压缩气管，打开高压发生器电源即可工作。离子风枪在使用一段时间后,离子针周围会发生积尘,请定期进行清洁.清洁时要关
断电源。

TheLFDY01-1IonizingAirGunisdesignedtoworkwiththeTheLFDY01-1powersupplyat5.6kvA.C.output.Caremustbetakennottoconnecttoavoltageotherthanthe4.6kvspecified,otherwisepermanentdamagetotheproductmayoccur.NB:Donotoperate
inflammableorexplosiveatmospheres.PleaseensurethattheH.T.cablesecuringglandisfirmlytightened–Thisinsuresagoodearthconnection.Failuretofitsecurelywillpreventionizationandmayresultinthepistolbecominglive,whichcancauseoperatorshocks–Whilstharmlessthisexperiencecanbeunpleasant.
Maintenance
Keeptheguncleanandfreefromoil,waterandparticlecontamination.Useairdryingandcleaningfilterregulatorwith5micronfiltration.Ensurethatallconnections,pipeworkandfilterregulatorswillallowminimum15CFMofairflow.Cleanandpurgefilterregulatorsperiodicallyandcheckforcontaminationintheairdeliverypipe.Cleanaroundtheelectrodepinwithapipecleanerorcylindricalsoftbrassbrush.Ensuretheplasticinnerliningisfreefromgreyorblackcarbonizedresidue.Thepointoftheelectrodepincanbecleanedbypushingapencilenderaserontotheelectrodepinandrotating.Blowouttheloosedebrisandre-fitthenozzlecapbeforere-connectingthehighvoltagesupplyandoperating.
